“ We booked to visit Asado with a small group of friends and from the very first email they were really friendly and helpfully. When we arrived the staff were all very attentive without being overbearing, they were always there to offer another round of drinks when we were running low, and when it came to the main event of the food, me and one of my friends couldn’t decide on just one burger each so decided to spit 3 between us Once ordered the our food arrived in around 20 minutes, everything looked incredible and was exactly as described. The New Yorker with a thick cut of pastrami on top of it was the star of the show for us but everyone really enjoyed their meals. I would definitely recommend Asado to anyone with a love of burgers & dirty fries! ”

“ We were served by an amazing guy and only found out he was the owner. The service was impeccable, we can sit anywhere we like. All the items on the menu were great and we had a hard time deciding. Drinks were awesome, they stock some lovely local ciders. The chef can cook and the monthly special dessert is a must try ! It was impossible to not love this place. ”

“ Incredible burger in a great restaurant. Everything about this was great. From the warm welcome on arrival, great burger recommendation from Tristan (who talked me through the menu) and really nice seating / atmosphere. Every member of staff I saw and spoke to was a genuine pleasure to talk to, and you could see how much their hard work and love for what they do impacts on the food's excellent quality. In short, the burger was amazing. Presented well, plentiful, and the desired 'pinkness' of the burger, I really enjoyed the recommended El Porky (pulled & smoked pork shoulder in their signature BBQ sauce, queso sauce, cheddar cheese, picked jalapeno relish & confit garlic mayonnaise). The rosemary salted fries that accompanied were crispy and fluffy and well seasoned. It's always a good sign when you can do the basics well, too. These guys know what they're doing and know that they do it well. I didn't get the chance to try any of the sides, but they smelled and looked delicious. I may not live locally, but if I'm back in Bristol, I'll definitely be coming back. ”
